*Free standard shipping on the US order over $79.99

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, and for orders totaling $79.99 or more, standard shipping is on us.

*For example, when you select standard shipping with a delivery time of 5-8 business days, plus a processing time of 1-2 business days, your package will typically arrive within 6-10 business days.

Rest assured, we utilize UPS, USPS, or FedEx to determine the most effective shipping method based on your delivery address.

Shipments are sent out Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays, with the processing time not impacting the estimated delivery period.

Remote US Islands Shipping Costs

Please note:

1.  Shipping to remote US islands, such as Hawaii and Alaska, is not included in our free shipping policy. Additional shipping charges may apply to these locations.

2.  MAELREG is not responsible for any order once it has been confirmed delivered from the carrier service. We are not responsible for lost or missing items once the order has been marked delivered. If the wrong address was initially provided, this is the responsibility of the customer.

3. If the return is due to reasons such as the items being unwanted, you are responsible for covering the return shipping fees as the consumer.

4.Due to variations in product sizes and stock availability in different warehouses, your order may be split into multiple packages. Please don't worry; you can contact us via email [email protected] to inquire about specific package details. 

5.MAELREG is not responsible for any damaged packages if you can't provide the efficient photos or video. When you receive your package, if you find that it is damaged, please take a photo or record a video immediately as proof of return or exchange. Please include the outer box and remember to include the tracking number and the product in the box.
